Having a flick through the awesome 'Big Book of Unruly' we printed recently for ad tech company Unruly. We produced 500 of the hard back books which were a celebration of the 10 years they've been distributing and tracking video ads across social media and the open web.

ZSL London Zoo opened the spectacular Land of the Lions exhibit to the public on Easter Friday. The Queen and Prince Philip officially unveiled the Asiatic lion enclosure earlier in the week and we were lucky to be invited to a supplier's preview before doors were opened to the public.

The British-Jamaican reggae musician Levi Roots, who first graced our TV screens eight years ago on the BBC’s Dragons’ Den has just opened up a restaurant in Westfield Stratford City. Levi managed to secure an investment on the ‘Den’ from Peter Jone

Earlier in the year, we completed the print and installation of Graphic Displays for Brent Museum’s new permanent gallery ‘The History of Brent’, in Willesden Green. Working alongside Objectives, specialists in interpretive 3D and graphic design for museums, we produced an incredible interactive display to tell the story of Brent dating back to the 19th Century.
Last week, we spoke with Celine Marchbank, award winning British documentary and editorial photographer about the launch of her Kickstarter campaign ‘Tulip’ - a heart-rending photographic portrayal of a daughter’s last weeks with her mother. The project has just been selected by TIME Picture Editors as TIME's pick of the most important Kickstarter campaigns and if the target fund is raised, a beautiful limited edition hardback book will be published by Dewi Lewis Publishing.

Colouring books are trending – Adult colouring books. No longer is colouring-in just for kids, but considered and noted by numerous psychologists an acceptable form of activity to combat stress and anxiety. In the last six months, colouring-in books have topped Amazon charts, with British illustrator Millie Marotta’s ‘Animal Kingdom’ coming in at number six this week.

News of the week is that Dunham Massey has been shortlisted for the 2015 Museum of the Year. The prestigious Art Fund Prize will be awarded on 1 July, identifying the finest museum in the UK.....Take a walk through the exhibition and our printed signage and display graphics will lead you across seven set rooms filled with several hundred artefacts from Dunham’s archives, as well as items that we helped reproduce
Earlier in the year a request was put forward by the Mayor of Hackney to restore the Hackney Town Hall. If you've never wandered down Mare Street in Hackney you may not be privy to this Art Deco style building, but since it was built in 1930 the building had seen little love.
Contractors Osborne were awarded the project for restoring this Grade II listed building to it's former glory 'ensuring the Town Hall's continued use and viability for the future.'
This week MJ Group are celebrating twenty years in Creative Imaging across Digital Printing, Display Graphics and Bespoke Bookbinding. We kicked off the celebration a little early on Friday night at the Fable in Clerkenwell and will continue to celebrate this week as the beginning of June 1995 marks the anniversary of where it all began when we moved into the premises at Priory House, St John’s Gate in Clerkenwell.
